Geoff Pople

Geoff Pople is an experienced professional in the technology and customer service sectors, currently serving as VP International at Hive since March 2025. Prior to this role, Geoff held the position of Chief Customer Officer at Aforza from April 2023 to January 2025 and at Kimble Applications from 2014 to 2022. Geoff also worked at Barclays Investment Bank as Customer Onboarding Programme Head in 2013-2014 and led eCommerce Programmes at Man Group from 2008 to 2013. Earlier roles include Sales Director EMEA at Harte-Hanks Direct Marketing, Founder of Hindsite eCommerce Solutions, Practice Director at Fulcrum Solutions Ltd, and Consultancy Manager at Oracle Corporation. Geoff holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) in Civil Engineering from the University of Leeds.
