Kim Toker

Kim Toker currently serves as the Advisory Board Chair at Tokenbridge, Director at Future Focused Advisory, and Mentor at Hive Founders, all roles held since early 2024. Toker co-founded Clara-Pensions, where the position of Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer was held from February 2017 to June 2023, leading operations, HR, and technology, while managing relationships with the Trustee Board and the Pensions Regulator. Previous experience includes chairing the Digital Admin Working Group at PASA from March 2021 to April 2023, and serving as Head of Strategic Risk Change at Barclays Africa Group Limited from May 2014 to May 2016. Toker also held a Director position at Credit Suisse from February 2001 to April 2014 and worked as a Manager at Grant Thornton from January 1997 to December 2000. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting from the University of the Witwatersrand, obtained between 1993 and 1996.
