Prerna Kaul currently serves as Group Product Manager for Enterprise AI Agent and Data Platform at Panasonic Well, where Prerna launched a Gen AI Recommendations system and a proactive coaching agent called Umi. In addition, Prerna is a mentor and speaker for the CS177 Human-Centered Product Management course at Stanford University's Human-Computer Interaction Group. Previously, Prerna held the role of Associate Director of Product at Moderna, overseeing the scaling of an AI platform and aligning on significant value with the CIO. During Prerna's tenure at Amazon, contributions included improving labeling accuracy for reinforcement learning workflows and developing innovative machine learning models that mitigated fraud and enhanced customer experience. Earlier experience at Walmart Labs focused on increasing customer spending and app ratings. Prerna is pursuing a Master of Science in Computational Perception and Robotics from the Georgia Institute of Technology and has a Master of Business Administration from the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management, specializing in Human-Centered Design, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship.
