Tom Harty

Tom Harty currently serves as the GM & Head of Growth at Hive since January 2025 and has been an active member of Pavilion since June 2021, engaging with high-growth operators. Harty is also a Founding Member of OPUS, contributing to a community aimed at fostering peer-to-peer relationships among builders. Previously, Harty held significant roles at WeWork from August 2017 to January 2025, culminating as Head of Account Sales, overseeing UKI sales teams and managing strategic growth for Enterprise clients. Harty's earlier experiences include key positions at KPMG, Broosk Saib, Business Boom, QPR FC, and Boston Scientific, alongside a solid educational background from the University of Nottingham and The University of Queensland in International Business Management.
