Jennifer Chow

Jennifer Chow has a diverse work experience with roles in product design, production management, customer experience, and product management. Jennifer is currently employed as a Senior Product Designer at Hivebrite since April 2023. Before that, they worked as a Freelance Product Designer from February 2020 to April 2023. Jennifer also held roles as a Product Designer at Care.com from July 2020 to December 2022, and as a Product Designer at Domio from December 2018 to February 2020. Jennifer also worked at American Express as a Senior Product Designer from April 2018 to November 2018, and as a Product Designer from October 2016 to April 2018. Prior to that, they gained experience in production management at Brooklyn Candle Studio from April 2015 to May 2016. Jennifer also worked at Warby Parker as a Customer Experience Associate from August 2014 to February 2015, and at Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia as an Associate Product Manager for textiles from October 2013 to September 2014. Their earliest work experience was at Venessa Arizaga, where they worked in product development and marketing from January 2013 to June 2013.

Jennifer Chow earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Fashion Merchandising & Management from the Fashion Institute of Technology, which they attended from 2009 to 2013. In 2016, they enrolled in the User Experience Design Immersive program at General Assembly. Additionally, they pursued International Business in Fashion and Textiles at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, with an unknown duration of study.
