Gergely Buró

Gergely Buró has a diverse work experience in various industries. Gergely is currently working as a Junior Investment Manager at Hiventures, a prominent VC & PE firm in the CEE region. In this role, they support the Hungarian entrepreneurial ecosystem and manages a portfolio of over 450 startups.

In addition, Gergely has held positions as a Board Member at iBar Experience and Hackrate since 2023.

Prior to their current roles, Gergely worked as a Collateral Management Analyst at BlackRock from 2021 to 2022. Gergely also served as an Actuarial Analyst at Aon from 2018 to 2021, where they gained valuable experience in the insurance industry.

Before that, Gergely worked at Syngenta as a Financial Analyst and Finance Intern in 2018. These roles provided him with exposure to financial analysis and planning.
