Anjali Tiwari

Anjali Tiwari currently serves as a Talent Acquisition Partner at Hiver since October 2023, while also contributing as a Community Member at The Shape of Work since July 2023. Previously, Anjali held the position of Talent Acquisition Executive at Pepper Content from February 2022 to August 2023, and worked as a Human Resources Recruiter at Akchit Solutions Pvt Ltd for a brief period in early 2022. Anjali has experience in IT recruitment, sourcing candidates for various technical roles. Additionally, Anjali demonstrated leadership capabilities as a Human Resources Recruiter at SQUARCELL RESOURCE INDIA PVT. LTD. during the Vahan project, managing driver hiring for Uber and Rapido. Anjali's career began with roles at Weblylo and InternVillage, where involvement included recruitment and campus ambassador activities. Anjali holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies and a BSC in Physics and Maths from Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj University.
