Account Manager - EMEA & Americas at Hiver

Ishaan Charan has extensive work experience in sales and business development roles, starting from their campus ambassador position at JBL in 2014. Ishaan then worked as a research intern at Abbott in 2015 before starting their business development internship at TaxiVaxi in 2016. In 2018, they joined LimeTray as a Sales Development Representative, responsible for outbound sales structure and training. Ishaan was later promoted as an International Sales Development Manager and then Inside Sales Manager in 2019. In 2020, they worked as an Inside Sales Consultant at Uber, and from 2021 to 2022, they were a Strategic Account Manager for Europe at Freshworks. Currently, they are working as an Account Manager for EMEA & Americas at Hiver.

Ishaan Charan completed their high school education with a commerce degree from K.R. Mangalam World School in 2014. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Amity University, which they completed in 2017. In terms of additional certifications, Ishaan obtained four certifications in the areas of Strategic Thinking, Sales Negotiation, Selling to Executives, and Fit in Deutsche- Level 2 from various institutions, including LinkedIn and Goethe-Institut e.V., with the latest certifications obtained in 2020.
