Leander Furtado

Leander Furtado has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Leander started their career as an Industrial Trainee at Taj Hotels in 2009 before moving on to work as a Butler at The Oberoi Group from 2012 to 2014. At Silversea Cruises, they served as a Butler and supervised a team of 10 from 2014 to 2016. Leander then joined Dream Getaways Pvt Ltd. as an Assistant Manager Sales and Marketing, where they played an instrumental role in setting up and leading a team for B2B and B2C cruise inquiries. From 2019 to 2020, they worked as an Assistant Manager Corporate Sales at Massive Restaurants Pvt. Ltd., focusing on building strategies to attract new clients and maximize revenue. Leander then transitioned to Concentrix as a Client Service Specialist from 2020 to 2022. Currently, they are working at Hiver as a Customer Success Manager, leveraging their expertise in customer relationship management and driving client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.

Leander Furtado completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies (JBIMS) from 2018 to 2021. Prior to that, they pursued a B.Sc in Hospitality, specializing in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management from ITM Group of Institutions between 2008 and 2011. Additionally, Leander Furtado obtained various certifications including "Totango Creator: Success Dreamer," "Totango Creator: Success Enthusiast," "Totango Creator: Success Leader," and "Totango Creator: Success Sage" from Totango in February 2023. Furthermore, they acquired "The fundamentals of Digital Marketing" certification from Google Digital Garage in August 2021.
