Vigneshwar Narayanan

Vigneshwar Narayanan is an experienced marketing professional currently serving as the Director of Product and Customer Marketing at Hiver since January 2025. Prior to this role, Vigneshwar held the position of Associate Director of Product Marketing at Sprinklr from October 2021 to January 2025, where Vigneshwar established and led the product-led growth and product marketing functions for self-serve products, successfully scaling the business to approximately $5 million ARR within three years. Vigneshwar's earlier experience includes various roles at Freshworks from June 2015 to October 2021, culminating as Manager of Product Marketing, where Vigneshwar managed a team to achieve revenue goals and led impactful campaigns that generated significant expansion revenue. Vigneshwar began a career in academia at the University of Southern California's Marshall School of Business, serving as a Research Assistant and Graduate Assistant, after earning a Master of Science in Marketing and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Anna University Chennai.
