Vigneshwar Narayanan

Vigneshwar Narayanan is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in product marketing and customer marketing. Currently serving as the Director of Product and Customer Marketing at Hiver since January 2025, Vigneshwar previously held the position of Associate Director of Product Marketing at Sprinklr, where significant contributions included driving the self-serve business from inception to ~$5M ARR. At Freshworks, Vigneshwar advanced from Content Producer to leading product marketing initiatives, driving over $4 million ARR in monetization and expansion revenue. Vigneshwar's early career included roles as a Research Assistant and Graduate Assistant at USC Marshall School of Business, enhancing skills in research and content production. Vigneshwar obtained a Master of Science in Marketing from USC and a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Anna University Chennai.
