Akky de Kort

Akky de Kort is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in child welfare, human rights, and social work. Currently self-employed as a coach and mentor for families and youth facing attachment issues, Akky is also an External Confidential Advisor for INGOs and serves as a Confidential Advisor and Technical Advisor for the Stop Child Labour Coalition under Hivos. Akky's background includes significant roles with the International Labour Organization, particularly as Chief Technical Advisor for child labor initiatives in Uganda and as focal point for child labor in Africa. With educational credentials from prestigious institutions such as the Neufeld Institute and Eindhoven Polytechnic, Akky is adept in connected coaching, confidentiality, and child rights advocacy.
