Ali Kavei has extensive work experience in the call center industry. In 2013, they started working at ParsOnline Group, where they held various positions such as call center expert, call center team leader, and call center supervisor. ali worked in these roles until March 2020. Ali then joined HiWEB in 2020 as the head of the call center.
