Pei-Hsuan Fang

Pei-Hsuan Fang is an accomplished finance and IT professional with extensive experience in performance management, internal audit, and process improvement. Currently serving as the Director of Finance & IT at Hiwin Italia, since February 2019, and holding the position of Deputy Manager at Hiwin Corporation since October 2016, Pei-Hsuan is adept in establishing standard costs and enhancing subsidiary performance. Prior to these roles, Pei-Hsuan worked as a Supervising Senior Auditor at KPMG Taiwan, focusing on client communication, audit procedures, and risk assessments. Pei-Hsuan began a career in academia as a Graduate Research Assistant at National Taiwan University, demonstrating strong analytical and organizational skills. Educationally, Pei-Hsuan holds a Master of Accountancy from Arizona State University and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from National Taiwan University.
