John'smost recent role was as a Product Manager / Technical Director of Ecommerce at Hiya, where they focused on reimagining children's health. Prior to that, they worked at eTail™ as a speaker, delivering talks on personalized product merchandising, customer-centric UX design, and the future of ecommerce. John also served as the Director of Ecommerce at Food52 and Schoolhouse, leading teams responsible for mobile conversion rate optimization, seasonal launches, promotions, merchandising strategies, and product development.
