Prateek Saxena

Prateek Saxena is a seasoned product manager with extensive experience in voice security, payments, customer service, and fraud prevention. Currently serving as a Senior Product Manager for Voice Security at Hiya Inc. since November 2024, Prateek previously held similar senior roles at CURO Financial Technologies Corp and Tala, where product leadership was focused on payments and customer retention in North America, Kenya, Philippines, and Mexico. Prior to these positions, Prateek managed TeleSign's fraud platform and identity products, significantly enhancing fraud intelligence for enterprise customers. Prateek's educational background includes an M.B.A. from the University of Notre Dame and a B.E. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
