Reena Bansal is a Senior Engineering Leader with a strong background in software development and management. Reena is currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Hiya Inc., where they are responsible for modernizing voice calls and connecting businesses with their customers. Prior to this, Reena worked at Hopin as an Engineering Director, leading a team of 45+ engineers and managers to develop data-driven products for event organizers. Reena also played a key role in the development of an innovative audience segmentation and targeting product. Before joining Hopin, Reena worked at PayPal for several years, starting as a Software Development Manager and eventually becoming a Senior Manager. At PayPal, they worked on various projects, including building a highly scalable platform for creating a token vault and leading the Pricing and Foreign Exchange technology infrastructure. Earlier in their career, Reena worked at Netscape Communications as a Software Development Engineer, where they developed a web authentication service used for millions of logins per day.
