Sarah Franklin

Sarah Franklin is currently a Board Director at Hiya. Prior to their current position, they were with Salesforce as a Technical Marketing Manager. Sarah has also held positions as a Senior Sales Engineer at Sterling Commerce and Grand Central and as a Pre-sales Engineer at Peregrine Systems and Extricity. Sarah began their career as a Consultant at Pricewaterhouse where they worked on teams developing Java Siebel connector to Siebel CORBA Object manager and installing Portal connector utilizing custom OpCode events. Sarah also created Java programs to publish events to test the Siebel and Portal source and target connectors. In addition, Sarah was an ABAP Developer on the PETsMART SAP 4.5 Retail Implementation where they produced technical design specifications for custom ABAP programs and implemented IDOC exchange and data transformations.

Sarah Franklin has a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering & Biochemistry from Virginia Tech. Sarah is certified in Salesforce Trailhead in Business Value of Equality, Coaching & Feedback, Diversity & Inclusion Strategies, Impact of Unconscious Bias, Salesforce Technology Basics, and Spring '16 Release.
