Qian Ouyang

Qian Ouyang is a Transportation Engineer and Interpreter at HJI Group Corporation, a position held since August 2013. Previously served as a Graduate Assistant at METRANS Transportation Research Center, USC, from October 2011 to May 2013 and worked as a Traffic Operation Assistant at Xi'an Metro in China during the summer of 2012, focusing on traffic operation and emergency management. Qian Ouyang holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Transportation Engineering from the University of Southern California, earned in 2013, and a Bachelor's degree in Traffic Engineering from South China University of Technology, completed in 2011.
