Kristy Carter is currently the Engagement & Development Leader at HJI Supply Chain Solutions. Prior to their current position, they were with GE Appliances as a Manufacturing from December 2014 to February 2016. From August 2012 to November 2014, Ms. Carter was an Area Manager - Outbound with Amazon where their duties included labor management, workflow management, problem solving management, logistics experience and fulfilling customer expectations daily by safely shipping quality products in a timely efficient manner. Ms. Carter was also the Kaizen team lead and was in charge of the Pack Singles Dept. from June 2013-March 2014 and Pick from March 2014-November 2014. Prior to their time with Amazon, Ms. Kristy spent some time as a Student Researcher within the Harnett Research Group at University of Louisville from June 2008 to August 2008 where they developed a small electrical sensor system for environmental testing and calibrated sensors along with collecting preliminary data. Ms. Carter has also been a Special Events Coordinator with Horseshoe Southern Indiana Casino-Hotel from March 2011 to November 2011 as well as President of Eastern Kentucky University Student Alumni Ambassadors from January 2008 to December 2008.

Kristy Carter has a BS in Forensic Science and a BA in Public Relations from Eastern Kentucky University.

Kristy Carter reports to Lynn Moore, CEO. They are on a team with Donna Mcclure - Materials Manager, Shane Allgeier - VP of Operations, and Derek Bland - VP of New Business Development.
