Andrew Flower

Andrew Flower is a Partner at HKA, having joined in June 2023. Previously, Andrew served as Managing Director at Alvarez & Marsal from November 2018 to June 2023. Prior to that, Andrew held multiple leadership roles at Deloitte, including Partner and Global Leader for Disputes, as well as Partner and EMEA Leader for International Arbitration, from September 2013 to May 2018. Andrew’s earlier experience includes serving as Senior Managing Director at FTI Consulting from January 2011 to February 2013, and as Partner at Deloitte from May 2005 to January 2011. Andrew is an ICAEW member and graduated with a Bachelor's degree in History from the University of York.
