Patrick Jensen

Patrick Jensen is a Partner at HKA LIMITED and has over fifteen years of experience providing expert witness testimony on economic damages and cost and pricing issues in complex commercial and government contracts disputes as well as compliance matters. Prior to joining HKA, Mr. Jensen served as Vice President at The Kenrich Group LLC from June 2005 to July 2019. In this role, they were responsible for performing accounting, financial, and economic analysis including costs resulting from breach of contract, evaluation of increased costs and project cost growth related to delay and disruption, lost profits analyses, among others. Patrick also assisted in the preparation of expert reports and subsequent expert testimony in federal and state courts, as well as arbitration. Mr. Jensen has also been involved in litigation and dispute activities such as document discovery, witness testimony, briefing, and trial preparation. Witness testimony support includes preparation and in-person attendance for fact and expert witness deposition and trial testimony for both same and opposing parties.

Patrick Jensen has a BBA from the University of Notre Dame in Finance and Business Economics. Patrick has a Certificate in Accounting from the University of Virginia. Patrick is certified by the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE) as a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), by the Virginia Board of Accountancy (VBOA) as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), and by the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts (NACVA) as a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) and Master Analyst in Financial Forensics (MAFF).
