Vince Manuele

Vincent Manuele, Esq. is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in capital project support services and infrastructure development. Currently serving as Partner and General Counsel for HKA, Vincent provides comprehensive legal advice and oversight on various business aspects, including contract negotiation, labor and employment law, and risk management. Prior roles include Director at PwC and Senior Manager at Deloitte, where Vincent focused on overseeing major construction projects in both public and private sectors. Experience also includes serving as Sr. Vice President at Hill International, and a Senior Attorney at notable law firms, with early legal career roles as a Judicial Law Clerk and Associate Attorney. Vincent holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil/Environmental Engineering from Northwestern University and a Juris Doctor from William & Mary.
