John Shannon

John Shannon is an experienced sales professional with a strong background in managing sales teams and key accounts across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Sales at Hkd Global Ltd since June 2012, John oversees the US sales team and key accounts, formulating market strategies for major retailers including Walmart and Target. Prior to this role, John held a Sales Representative position at Patagonia, where responsibility included expanding market share in the Midwest, and served as an Apparel, Footwear, & Fitness Equipment Buyer at Walt's Bicycle, Fitness, & Wilderness Co. In the earlier stages of the career, John was an Outreach Coordinator & Marketing specialist at REI, fostering community relations and volunteer opportunities. John holds a Master of Arts in Ancient History and Archaeology from the University of Missouri-Columbia and a Bachelor of Science in History and Archaeology from The University of Texas at Austin.
