Michelle Carroll

Michelle Carroll is the current Principal & Director of Human Resources at HKS, INC. Michelle has over fifteen years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on recruiting and retention. Michelle has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Oklahoma.

Michelle began their career in 2003 as a Human Resources Generalist/Recruiter for Syntroleum Corporation. In 2006 they became the Recruiting and Retention Manager for Lane Gorman Trubitt. In 2010, they left Lane Gorman Trubitt to become the Regional Manager, Human Resources for Grant Thornton LLP, where they worked until 2014. Michelle joined HKS, INC as the Principal & Director of Human Resources in 2014.

Michelle Carroll reports to Dan Noble, President & CEO. They work with Beau Eaton - Creative Director of Branding Services, Leonardo Gonzalez Sangri - Global Practice Director, Education, & Principal, and Cory Brugger - CTO & Principal.
