Mike Wagar is an experienced IT and real estate professional with a significant background in service delivery and management. Currently serving as Vice President and Director of IT Service Delivery at HKS, Inc. since October 2019, Mike oversees all IT support services for the international architectural firm. Previously, Mike held various roles as a Real Estate Broker at RE/MAX Northwest, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, and Real Living Northwest Realtors. Mike's extensive IT management experience includes positions at Jacobs Engineering and Carter & Burgess, where responsibilities encompassed managing IT support teams for large user bases, driving process improvements, and ensuring exemplary customer service. Earlier career roles included Network Manager at Merrick & Company and Sr Integrated Systems Design Analyst at Maricopa County. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering Technology from DeVry Institute of Technology.
