Tim Nuanes is a seasoned architecture professional with extensive experience in healthcare, education, and technology projects. Currently serving as Vice President and Senior Project Architect at HKS, Inc. since April 2023, Tim focuses on healthcare projects within the greater Miami-Dade metropolitan area. Previous roles include Vice President and Project Architect at CannonDesign, Senior Associate at SMMA, Project Architect at Gensler, and Senior Associate at Array Architects, where project involvement spanned various stages from initial design concepts to construction administration. Tim began the architectural journey with internships at HDR and Davis Partnership Architects. A graduate of Tulane University with a Master of Architecture degree, Tim has consistently demonstrated a commitment to delivering high-quality results and fostering productive teamwork throughout the career.
