Fanny Wong

Ms Fanny Wong is a highly accomplished human resources professional with a wealth of experience in leading human resources functions. She joined HKSTP in 2020, overseeing all human resources functions with an aim to build a highly motivated workforce to drive Hong Kong innovation and technology forward. She spearheads all human resources functions including talent acquisition, employer branding, rewards, learning and development, as well as staff engagement. In late 2022, her work scope expanded to drive talent strategies and initiatives to attract, engage and develop talents both locally and globally for the Science Park companies.

Fanny obtained her Bachelor of Business Administration Degree and Master of Science in Global Business from The Chinese University of Hong Kong. Her career spans over 20 years across conglomerates, technology, financial services and engineering industries, overseeing human resources, talent development and administration functions in multinational companies such as Jardine Matheson Group, AIG and Wharf (Holdings) Limited.

With her extensive expertise in human resources and talent development, Fanny aspires to groom and expand the next-generation talent pool, supporting Hong Kong’s advancement as an international innovation and technology hub.
