Gabriel Franchi

Gabriel Franchi is an accomplished education professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Head of School for Mid-Levels & Causeway Bay at Guidepost Montessori, Gabriel leads a team of over 50 staff members and engages with the community of parents, teachers, and stakeholders. As a Lecturer at HKU SPACE, Gabriel contributes to higher education. Previous roles include Training and Development Manager at Wall Street English Hong Kong, overseeing talent development strategies, and Senior Center Manager, enhancing the English learning environment for over 600 students. With a diverse background in ESL teaching and human resources, Gabriel has founded language learning projects and developed customized curricula at various institutions. Gabriel holds a TESOL Diploma and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Universidade Anhembi Morumbi.
