Heather Worrall has over 20 years of work experience in IT and office administration. Heather started their career in 1999 at ADventure, LLC, where they held multiple positions including IT Support Specialist and Office Administrator. During their time there, they managed the distribution and circulation of a national publication and provided technical support to staff members. In 2006, Worrall joined HLB Gross Collins, P.C. as the Director of IT. In this role, they worked with board members to create IT strategies, managed infrastructure and software implementations and upgrades, and recommended opportunities for firm growth and improved security.
Heather Worrall attended Elon University from 1993 to 1998, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in History and Computer Science. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) from PMI, the Citrix Certified Administrator from Citrix, the Microsoft Certified Technical Specialist from Microsoft, and the Network + certification from CompTIA.
