Bo Glenn

Bo Glenn has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. In 1987, they began their career at Kmart, where they worked their way up to become a General Store Manager overseeing budgets, human resources, and facility maintenance. In 2002, they joined Performance Bicycle as a Divisional Merchandise Manager, responsible for financial planning, product management, and vendor negotiations. Bo later took on roles as Product Manager and Planning and Distribution Manager, implementing data analysis and organizational tools. In 2017, Bo Glenn became an Independent Business Owner at Steel Is Real LLC and also worked as a Real Estate Broker at Capital City Group of Home Towne Realty. In 2018, they joined Ross Bicycle Company as the Director of Product Development and Supply Chain. Most recently, in 2020, they became the Director of Consumer Brands at HLC. Bo Glenn's expertise lies in product development, supply chain management, real estate, and retail operations.

Bo Glenn obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from the University of North Carolina Asheville, where they studied from 1988 to 1992.
