Dr. Roy Sebastian

Dr. Roy Sebastian currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at HLL LIFECARE LIMITED since January 2021, bringing extensive experience from previous roles including Director of HR at Bekaert from April 2008 to January 2021, and Deputy General Manager at Rich Products Corporation from March 2001 to March 2008. Dr. Sebastian's expertise encompasses HR strategy, talent management, employee engagement, and change management, along with a strong background in industrial relations and legal compliance. Prior to these positions, Dr. Sebastian was a Senior HR Officer at RAPTAKOS BRETT & CO., responsible for comprehensive HR functions. Academically, Dr. Sebastian holds a Master's in Social Work with a focus on Human Resources Management from the University of Madras, a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Mumbai, and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the University of Kerala, complemented by a PhD from OPJS University in Organisation Development.
