Noam H. Arzt

Noam Arzt is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in information systems and consulting. Since May 1997, Noam Arzt has served as President of HLN Consulting, LLC. Previously, Noam Arzt held the position of Interim Vice President of HIE Services at VITL - Vermont Information Technology Leaders, Inc. from 2008 to 2009. Noam Arzt also served as Director of Information Systems & Computing at the University of Pennsylvania from 1990 to 2002, and as Director of the Office of the Dean at The Wharton School from 1983 to 1990. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Higher Education Administration from the University of Pennsylvania (1985-1993) and a BS from The Wharton School (1979-1983).
