Tara Sharma

Tara Sharma, PhD has a diverse work experience spanning from 2005 to the present. Tara started as a Graduate Student at Carnegie Mellon University and later became a Postdoctoral Fellow at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center. Tara then transitioned to roles in the scientific field, working at International Meetings and Science as a Scientific Associate and later as a Senior Scientific Associate. Following this, they joined The Lockwood Group as an Associate Scientific Director and eventually became a Senior Associate Scientific Director. Currently, Tara is employed at HLX, where they hold the position of Director of Medical and Scientific Affairs.

Tara Sharma, PhD, has a Master's degree in Molecular and Human Genetics from Banaras Hindu University. Tara attended Carnegie Mellon University and obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Developmental Biology and Embryology.
