Christel Ewuame

Christel EWUAME serves as a Coordinatrice RH at HM.CLAUSE since October 2019, contributing to the deployment of the B-Smart SIRH (Talentsoft) and the recruitment module in Asia, alongside managing annual interview campaigns and creating recruitment analytics. Prior to this, Christel held a role as Chargée de mission RH at Araymond fluid connection France, focusing on SIRH deployment, personnel administration, and managing intern recruitment and integration. Additional experience includes project management in education at NGO Santé Diabète, banking operations at Finam-Togo, and humanitarian project coordination at Cejeed. Christel holds multiple degrees, including a Titre Rncp level I in Human Resource Development from CESI École Supérieure de l’Alternance and a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Esa Togo.
