Mona Martin, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, has extensive experience in human resources. Mona started their career in 1990 as a Business Manager at The Management Company, where they supervised the billing office and developed HR policies and procedures. In 1994, they joined Via Christi Regional Medical Center as an Employee Relations Specialist until 2000.
In 2000, Mona joined Dean & DeLuca as a Human Resources Manager, where they oversaw HR policies and procedures and managed payroll processing.
