Stephen Murnane

Stephen Murnane, CPA has a diverse range of experience in finance and accounting. Stephen started their career as an Audit Manager at PwC in 1982 and stayed there until 1988. Following that, they worked as a Controller at Waco Scaffolding & Equipment Co. from 1988 to 1993. At Aqua Lung, they held multiple roles, including EVP & CFO of Aqua Lung America, President & General Manager of America / Vice President - AAP Zone, and Executive Vice President & COO / CFO of Aqua Lung International. Stephen oversaw various functions such as finance, operations, HR, and IT. Stephen also established an Australian distribution subsidiary and managed complex negotiations. Stephen then worked as an M&A Consultant at Capewell Aerial Systems in 2019. In the same year, they served as an Interim Chief Financial Officer at Orbot, where they developed a cash flow report and established a monthly closing process. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Finance at HME.

Stephen Murnane, CPA obtained a Bachelor of Economics degree in Accounting and Finance from Monash University. Stephen also holds additional certifications as a Certified Public Accountant from the California Board of Accountancy and as a Chartered Accountant from Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.
