Crystal Smith

Crystal Smith is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product management, strategy, and implementation. Currently serving as the Director of the Product Management Center of Excellence at enGen since September 2022, Crystal previously held multiple leadership roles at HM Health Solutions, including Director of Strategy & Implementation and Senior Consultant. Prior experience includes work as a Strategy Analyst at Highmark Inc., where responsibilities encompassed project management, budget forecasting, and vendor management within the Government ACA market. Additional roles include technical and operational positions at FedEx and service as a Network Specialist in the United States Army Reserve. Crystal holds a Master's degree in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor's degree in Biological and Physical Sciences from Duquesne University.
