Dillon Conant, MBA, is a seasoned financial professional currently serving as a Financial Strategy Partner and Lead Financial Analyst at enGen since September 2022. Responsibilities include leading month-end close reporting, managing multi-year P&L forecasts, and improving finance-focused reporting tools. Previously, Dillon held various financial analyst roles at Humana from February 2019 to September 2022, where significant contributions included spearheading automation projects and mentoring new hires. Earlier experience includes conducting credit analysis at Aerotek and managing national accounts as a Business Operations Associate. Dillon holds an MBA in Finance from WSU Carson College of Business and a degree in International Business from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.
