Kate Ostrowski possesses a robust background in IT management and sales, marked by extensive experience across various leadership roles. Currently serving as Manager of IT at enGen since June 2015, Kate leads a geographically dispersed team focused on the Provider domain, fostering professional development and managing workloads effectively. Prior to enGen, Kate worked at The Longaberger Company as a Home Consultant, specializing in the sales of handcrafted home products. Earlier experience includes a significant tenure at Blue Cross of Northeastern Pennsylvania, where Kate held positions such as Manager of IT, Development Specialist, and Claims Supervisor, overseeing programming teams and enhancing operational efficiencies. Additionally, Kate was a Sr. Claims Analyst at Sallie Mae, where supervision and training of junior staff were key responsibilities. Kate's educational foundation was established at Wilkes University from 1986 to 1989.
