Vivek Jose Mannanal is an experienced IT Manager with a strong background in team management and client implementation. Currently serving at enGen since June 2022, Vivek oversees account setup and maintenance. Prior roles include positions at Highmark Health from October 2016 to June 2022, where Vivek managed product and technology delivery for client management and led the customer service production support team. At Morgan Stanley, from January 2010 to October 2016, Vivek acted as a Senior Team Lead and Subject Matter Expert for Managed Futures applications, providing architecture solutions and overseeing transitions from Citi. Earlier experience at Citi involved team leadership in supporting diverse modules and enhancing software features. Vivek holds a B-Tech in Information Technology from Cochin University of Science and Technology.
