Melissa Stefanyszyn

Melissa Stefanyszyn is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in information technology services. Currently serving as the Director Information Technology Services at enGen since May 2021, Melissa previously held the role of Manager IT at HM Health Solutions, where responsibilities included managing production support across various technology platforms and leading Continuous Improvement projects. Prior to this, Melissa worked at Highmark Health Solutions as IT Team Manager and Test Automation Lead, overseeing a large team and focusing on test automation strategies. Melissa started their career as a Technical Business Analyst, handling the eBill application. An alumnus of Robert Morris University, Melissa holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
