Michael Sheafer

Michael Sheafer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in workforce operations and IT management. Currently serving as the Director of Workforce Operations at enGen since February 2022, Michael previously held key positions at Highmark Health, where responsibilities included IT Manager for Solutioning and Architect and IT Team Manager. Michael also contributed significantly to Cardinal Health as a Senior Software Engineer and Supervisor of Data Analytics, overseeing a team of data analysts to enhance cross-referencing capabilities. Additionally, Michael's experience at JPMorgan Chase included roles as Vendor Operation Team Lead and in Vendor Ops Data Entry, focusing on performance tracking and report generation. Michael holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance from DeVry University, earned between 2009 and 2012.
