Ryan Smith

Ryan Smith is an experienced executive with a strong background in client partnerships and strategic growth, currently serving as Vice President of Client Partnerships, Strategy & Growth for the Pacific Region at enGen since August 2021. Prior roles include VP and Director of Client Management at HM Health Solutions, as well as Director of Health Plan Implementation at Highmark Inc. Additionally, Ryan has held strategic positions at 3M and Accenture, where significant expertise in global talent solutions and senior management was developed. Ryan holds a Bachelor's degree in International Business from St. Norbert College and has further educational experience at Université Paris-Sorbonne.
