Karen Hall

Karen Hall has extensive experience in the travel and civil service industries, currently serving as a Civil Servant at HM Revenue & Customs since September 2020. Prior to this role, Karen worked as a Senior Business Travel Consultant at BCD Travel and Review Travel Limited, demonstrating a strong background in client relations, quality assurance, and reservations management. Karen also held a significant position at CTI as a Senior Business Travel Consultant for nearly a decade and previously led a reservations team at Portman Travel, where responsibilities included making reservations, conducting quality checks, and implementing new accounts. Education was completed at Anfield Comprehensive from 1984 to 1989.
