Liam Sheridan

Liam Sheridan is an experienced legal professional currently serving as the Deputy Director in the Solicitor's Office and Legal Services at HM Revenue & Customs since December 2016, leading a team of 19 lawyers and heading the Corporation Tax Advisory team. Prior to this role, Liam spent over two years at Vodafone as Senior Counsel for Major Accounts, advising on large contracts and leading a team of lawyers. Liam's earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Commercial Lawyer for the UK Government, where contributions included advising major departments, leading cross-Government working groups, and managing significant contract negotiations. Following a legal training period at Slaughter and May, where expertise was developed in various commercial legal areas, Liam obtained a MA (Hons) in Law from the University of Cambridge and completed the Legal Practice Course at Nottingham Law School.
