Linda Edwards

Linda Edwards is a seasoned project and programme management professional with extensive experience in transformation and portfolio management across various sectors. Currently serving as CDIO PMO Deputy Director and Deputy Director of Transformation at HM Revenue & Customs since February 2017, Linda previously held significant roles including Director at Jubilee Change Consulting and Portfolio Control & PMO Function Lead at The Co-operative Bank plc. With a career foundation at The Co-operative Banking Group, where responsibilities included managing large-scale strategic change initiatives, Linda has demonstrated expertise in regulatory change and operations management. Linda's educational background includes an MA in Modern History from the University of Oxford and an MSc in Systems Thinking in Practice from The Open University.
