Paul Pendleton

Paul Pendleton is a seasoned business analyst with extensive experience in the public sector. Currently serving as the Lead Business Analyst (Digital) at HM Revenue & Customs since June 2015, Paul has also held roles as Business Analyst and Principal Business Analyst, where responsibilities included leading digital initiatives. Prior to this, Paul worked at the Department for Work and Pensions from March 2008 to May 2015, contributing as a Business Design Analyst and Business Process Tester. Earlier in the career, Paul demonstrated expertise as a Learning and Development Consultant at the same department from April 2005 to January 2008.
