Philip Ingram

Philip Ingram currently serves as the Head of Borders & Trade Data Strategy and Provision at HM Revenue & Customs, overseeing customs data management for Great Britain and Northern Ireland. Ingram has held significant roles across various government sectors, including Deputy Director at the Cabinet Office and Head of Technology for the Future Borders Programme, where responsibilities included data architecture and border technology. Prior experience includes leading workplace technology products at the Ministry of Justice, technical leadership roles in border data analysis, and contributions to EU and external funding initiatives. Educational qualifications encompass Project Management from Cranfield University and a Bachelor of Arts from Anglia Ruskin University.
