Raiyan Ali is an experienced professional with a diverse background in policy delivery, project management, and financial planning. Currently serving as a Policy Delivery Advisor at HM Revenue & Customs since May 2022, Raiyan drafts Ministerial Communications and manages project activities to achieve governmental objectives. Previously, as a Director at By Al-Kindi Ltd, Raiyan co-founded an e-commerce startup focused on men's skincare, overseeing product launches and team management. Raiyan also tackled youth unemployment at the Department for Work and Pensions and achieved significant business growth at Oasis Crescent (UK) Ltd as a Financial Planner.
