Simone Woodrow Bsc

Simone Woodrow MA BSc is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer experience leadership and strategic management. Currently serving as Head of Customer Experience (Investment & Change) and Head of Innovation and Change at HM Revenue & Customs since 2018, Simone focuses on enhancing customer experiences. In addition, Simone takes on the role of Strategy Manager at The Pregnancy Pause, where responsibilities include design and nurturing. Simone's prior positions at HM Revenue & Customs encompass roles such as Policy and Technical Advisor, Head of Office, and Inspector of Taxes, along with serving as a Board Member for SistaHub and a Program Intern at CVMTV. Academically, Simone holds a Master of Science in Fiscal Policy and Economic Governance from The Manchester Metropolitan University and has two master's degrees from Brunel University of London, one in Communication and one in Communication and Media Studies.
